PCDC Major Dates Calendar
The childcare program will be closed on the following days each year:
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Martin Luther King Day (January 15th)
- Presidents’ Day (February 19th)
- Good Friday ( March 29th)
- Memorial Day (May 27th)
- Juneteenth Day (June 19th)
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Labor Day (September 2nd)
- Thanksgiving Day ( November 28th)
- The day after Thanksgiving (November 29th)
- Christmas Eve Day (December 24th)
- Christmas Day (December 25th)
- If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the childcare program will be closed the day before (Friday).
- If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the childcare program will be closed the next day (Monday).
- The client must pay for all paid holidays listed above, regardless of any other term in this contract.
Upcoming 2024-2025 Winter Break:
Daycare will be closed for winter break from
December 18 th through January 3rd , 2025
January 6th ,2025 Daycare Resume
Upcoming Daycare Events:
Valentine’s Day (February 12th- 13th) Friendship note exchange
Easter Egg hunt weather permitting (April 6) rain date (April 10)
Family Fun Day- To Be Announced
Halloween Parade (October 29th) rain date (October 30th)
Holiday Card exchange (December 10th-11th)
